Wide selection of coffee breaks, lunch and dinner menus is flexible and can be easily adjusted to individual clients’ requirements. Hotel Kolovare is known as a reliable partner due to its long tradition in MICE and long-year experience in numerous events.

Hotel Kolovare has 5 meeting rooms for congresses, conferences, meetings and workshops. These meeting rooms have capacities ranging from 20 to 230 persons as well as the latest state-of-the-art technological amenities – lcd screen, lcd projector, overhead projector, laptop, flip-chart, pointer, acoustics, microphones and lectern.

Equipment and layout of meeting rooms are adjusted to our clients’ requirements.

Available technological amenities are included in the price of renting the meeting space and for any additional technological equipment we can arrange to be rented and set-up in our meeting rooms.

Conference hall 1

Conference hall 1 with 70 m2  and natural daylight is ideal for meetings for maximum 60 persons. It is located in the hotel lobby and next to aperitif bar which offers enough space for registration and coffee breaks. It can be connected with dvorana 2 into bigger meeting room with the capacity of 160 persons.

  • I-shape for 26 persons

Conference hall 2

Conference hall 2 with 140 m2 and natural daylight is equipped with modern audiovisual technology which can comply with all requirements for organisation of congresses and meetings for up to 120 persons. It is located next to aperitif bar which makes it ideal choice when organizing all-day meetings with coffee breaks. It can be connected with dvorana 1 and 3 into the big meeting room with the capacity of 230 persons and when necessary, the big meeting room can be divided into 3 smaller meeting rooms to work in sections.

Conference hall 1+2 (or 2+3)

Hall 1+2 with 210 m2 and natural daylight is equipped with modern audiovisual technology which can comply with all requirements for organisation of congresses and meetings for up to 160 persons. It is located next to aperitif bar which makes it ideal choice when organizing all-day meetings with coffee breaks. It can be connected with hall 3 into the big meeting room with the capacity of 230 persons and when necessary, the big meeting room can be divided into  smaller meeting rooms to work in sections.
